Roberta Holt

Roberta R Holt is an Associate Project Scientist in the Department of Nutrition at the University of California, Davis. Her research interests include a focus on the influence of dietary components from whole foods on metabolism and physiologic response, and strives to understand the response of these foods within the diet. In pursuant of these interests, she works with a multi-disciplinary team of researchers within academia and industry.
