Juan Barajas holds a business degree from CSU Sacramento with a concentration in operations & strategic management. On his daytime job, Juan owns and operates a farm to fork restaurant in downtown Woodland with his wife Kristin since 2015. Juan is also the current Chapter president of Slow Food Yolo, a local non-profit organization which Vision is that; Food represents a common language and universal right. Slow Food USA envisions a world in which all people can eat food that is good for them, good for the people who grow it and good for the planet.
